		<description>Yeah, 3 months now. sleepless nights all over again :) The Ethiopian stuff is awesome, as is ABBA. I did a workshop once with Muhal Richard Abrams. We were all instructed to play rhythm changes in different keys. He&#039;d point and shout &#039;You! rhythm changes, E&#039; and away you&#039;d go. Eventually the entire band was playing in different places, in different keys and different speeds. Have to say it was rubbish :) But, I just heard Cage&#039;s 4&#039;33&#039;&#039; and got a lot from that. always good to be pushed around a bit by music and expectations. Enjoy the playlists. M</description>
